Terms & Conditions
Welcome to True Grade Certification (TGC). By accessing or using our website, submitting cards, or
purchasing services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Grading Services
All submissions are graded by a combination of expert graders and AI tools based on the TGC
Grading Scale. While TGC strives for accuracy and consistency, grading is ultimately a subjective
process and final grades are non-negotiable. TGC does not guarantee specific grades and is not
liable for customer disagreement with final results.
2. Card Handling & Shipping
Cards are handled with care and stored in secure environments throughout the grading process.
TGC is not responsible for damage caused during transit to or from our facility. We recommend
tracked and insured shipping methods. Graded cards are returned in tamper-evident slabs using the
delivery method selected during submission.
3. Submission & Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of submission unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing
is based on the selected grading tier and number of cards submitted. Turnaround times are
estimates and may vary depending on demand.
4. Gift Cards
TGC gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be used for
any grading tier and have no expiry unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be
reissued.
5. Returns & Disputes
Graded cards are final and cannot be re-submitted unless offered through an official regrade or
appeal process. If a case or slab is damaged in transit from TGC to the customer, please contact
support within 7 days of delivery.

details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
TGC is not liable for losses, damages, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Maximum liability for any item shall not exceed the declared value at the time of submission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK
courts.
